If you have Birth, Marriage or Death Certificates and would like to share some or all of the information in them with fellow researchers, why not index them where they can be seen by your potential Rellies. Our ongoing BMD Certificates Index will provide enough information to help a fellow family researcher with either sufficient information to send for the certificate themselves, or, if you leave an email address they could contact you direct for possible connections.
Please send an email to Elaine Pickard for instructions and she will be pleased to help you get started with Birth, Marriage or Death Certificate templates and some simple instructions on how to fill in the template, which is in Excel. If you need a template in OpenOffice please let Elaine know. If you don’t have either but would like to contribute, contact Elaine to find out about alternative methods of submitting your info.
